- in case of many shareholders - how you’ve decided to split the shares
- new name for the company, if so requested
- Estonian address for the company (we also provide address service)

- new e-mail address for the company
- requirement for a proxy and seal – to be indicated
Data required for foundation of a new company
- copy of owners and board members passport (if possible)

When the owner will be legal person
If the buyer will be legal person we also need company’s registry card that is translated into Estonian, certified by notary and apostilled. The registry card should consist at least the following information:
- name of the company
- registry code
- name(s) of the person(s) who has the right to represent the company
